關於大阪海灘之家旅舍
Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Hostel Dolphin House Osaka offers accommodation in Higashi-osaka. Free pick-up service from Yaenosato Station on the Kintetsu Line is available upon request.
All rooms are fitted with a shared bathroom.
There is a shared kitchen and a smoking area at the property.

A deposit via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. Guests must make the payment via Paypal within 24 hours after the booking has been made. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment.
Guests must go to the room B901 on the 9th floor to check in. Please note that the lift stops only on the ground, 4th, 7th and 10th floors. In order to go to B901, get off the lift on the 10th floor and go down the stairs.
The property is not regularly staffed.
To use the property's free pick-up service from Yaenosato Station on the Kintetsu Line, please call the property upon arrival at the station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please inform Hostel Dolphin House Osaka in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.

經濟日報2017年縣市幸福指數大調查，宜蘭縣的縣民主觀認定，其中「政府治理」項目拔得頭籌，榮獲全台之冠，而「工作生活平?」及「環境品質」則分別獲得2、3名，總體幸福指數，在全台20個縣市當中排名第5名。
這項幸福指數大調查的時間是今年6月8日至8月29日，實施方式是以電話訪問20歲以上的民眾，全國22個縣市總共訪問22467個樣本，除金門縣676人、連江縣303人外，其餘20個縣市有效樣本都在1069至1074之間，在95％的信心水準下，抽樣誤差在±3.0個百分點之內。
在今年的調查當中，宜蘭縣民主觀認定最有感分別為「政府治理」、「工作生活平衡」及「環境品質」三項。值得一提的是，「政府治理」表現最亮眼，位居全台之冠，另2項指標則排名全台第2及第3。
今年宜蘭縣的總體幸福指數，在全台20個縣市當中排名第5名。比去（2016）年的第8名，進步了3名。其中主觀幸福感的「政府治理」更從去年的第4名躍升至第1名。
對於這項幸福指數大調查，縣府表示，縣府團隊會持續努力，秉持公僕廉能服務、縣民安居樂業的施政主軸，用最少的資源做最多的事，努力開源節流，加強公共基礎建設，積極促進文創產業及工商發展、建構友善城市，落實「超越-好故鄉、新宜蘭、好生活」的施政願景。
